How much of a leader are you?
I’ve been a critic for years now. Which simply means I was not elected into a certain position with all the responsibility and stuff and, even though I was, I swear I was a douchebag. Would someone just please tell me how to become an efficient vice-president?
Whenever the class where I belong decide to elect their respective leaders, somebody’s always going to shout my name, then be seconded by many. And I don’t hate that. As a matter of fact, I appreciate that they see me as a leader and trust my capabilities as a person. But then, I always suggest to just put my name on the vice-president position, because I know that that way, less responsibilities would be put on my shoulder and I think, that’ s already expected when we say vice-president.
But how much of a leader would I consider myself?
Maybe as of now, I am totally not a leader but rather a follower. I really don’t feel the push to initiate things and be that guy on the spot. I was not an efficient officer and I knew that. And I am just really confused of what the vice president’s roles are.
So the next time I would be elected, I would not suggest to be the VP of the class but to be the president- so that for once, I would be able to prove my worth as a leader and be able to make up for the things that, according to a person, I was not able to fulfill when I was the VP of the block.
